Woolcott Mermaid

I am using the art of Suzanne Woolcott Please do NOT use this image unless you h ave the correct licence to do so I am using the PTU kit Under the Sea by Lady Saphira which you can find HERE Mask of Choice Font of Choice Open a new image 400x500 Open frame1 and Paste on your Canvas Image - Resize by 70 and Sharpen Place in the centre of your Canvas Click inside the frame with your magic wand Modify by 3 Open your image of choice and paste on your canvas Position in the frame and press delete Move under the frame Open anchor and paste on your canvas Resize by 40 and sharpen Place on the left of the frame Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down Open plant 2 and paste on your canvas Resize by 30 and sharpen Duplicate by 6 and position alongside the bottom Merge these layers together Open starfish and paste on your canvas Resize by 20 and sharpen Place on the left of the plant Duplicate and mirror - merge down Open fish1 and paste on your canvas Resize by 20 and sharpen Place in the middle of the starfish Open bubble1 and paste on your canvas Resize by 10 and sharpen Place above the fish and duplicate Paste paper15 on your canvas Add a mask of choice and send to the bottom - merge group Add drop shadow to every layer Merge layers visible Add correct copyright and licence numbers Done!
