I am using the art of Danielle Piolo which you can find HERE Please do NOT use this image unless you have a licence to do so I am using the FTU kit Summer Loving Hangout by Jenny which you can find HERE Font of Choice Open a new image 400x500 Open frame1 and paste on your Canvas Resize by 40 and Sharpen Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Right Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorise Hue 42 and Saturation 209 Layers - Duplicate and send below the original Rotate by 90 Right Open flower3 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 50 and Sharpen Send to the bottom Duplicate - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 20 Right Duplicate again and Rotate by 20 again - Merge these together Click inside the top frame Selections - Modify by 2 Copy n Paste the tube of choice Resize if necessary and press delete Move under the frame Click inside the bottom frame Selections - Modify by 2 Copy n paste paper6 on your Canvas Selections - Invert - Delete Move under the frame Open bows2 and paste on your canvas Resize by 30 and Sharpen Place on the top left of the frame Grab your eraser tool and erase part of the hoop Open starfish3 and paste on your canvas Resize by 10 and then by 70 twice - Sharpen Place on the bottom left of your frame Duplicate and place above the original Duplicate twice more and place on the right side of the frame Merge all and sharpen Add drop shadow to every layer Merge layers visible Add correct copyright and licence numbers Done!
