Filters used:
Xero - Radiance - 128, 50, 49, 52
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 110 - Sharpen - More - Position in the centre at the top
Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer
Open your close up tube and paste as a new layer
Position in the frame
When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None on both layers
Move both under the frame layer
Open Element 68 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the top left of the star frame
Apply Gradient Glow to it at the settings above
Open Element 32 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen More - Position on the left of the star
Send to the bottom and arrange so you can see it
Open Element 77 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Paste as a new layer and send to the bottom - Moving underneath the other layers
Open Element 59 - Paste and resize by 20 - Sharpen More - Position on the bottom left of the tag
Open Element 52 and resize by 40 - Sharpen and position next to the previous layer
Open Element 72 and repeating the above steps - Position next to the wine bottle
Repeat the above steps with Element 5 and position next to the necklace
Open Element 23 and paste - Resize by 80 and send to the bottom
Open Element 21 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place at the top right corner
Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and send to the bottom
Open your main tube as a new layer - resizing if necessary - Paste as a new layer and position on the right - Apply Radiance at the settings above
Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
