Filters Used:
Xero - Radiance - 94, 73, 155, 82
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat White - Black
Open a new image 600x600
Open Rolled Wire and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre
Open Stars - Paste as a new layer and position on the left
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down
Open Spike Frame and paste - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the top left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down
Click inside both frames with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Open a close up of your tube and position in the left frame
Duplicate and position in the right frame - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete on the paper and tube layers
Move under the frame and change the blend mode of the tubes to Screen
Open Cityscape and paste - Resize by 130 - Sharpen and place in the centre
Open Speakers - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position at the bottom of the previous layer
Open pug 2 and paste - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right
Open Rock wa and paste - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the left - Duplicate
Using your deform tool - Angle it so it fits on the right - Merge these together
Apply Gradient Glow to the wordart layers at the settings above
Open your main tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre
Apply Radiance at the settings above
Open Pierced Tongue - Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left
Open Keyboard - Place in the centre and position to the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Send to the bottom
Click on the cityscape layer - Open Sparkle 2 and paste as a new layer - Position toward the top - Duplicate and position below - Merge Down
Open Sparkle and paste as a new layer - Position over the 2 frames below the tube - Duplicate and position on the bottom of the tube
Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
