I am using the PTU IB Jamie Kidd 58-2 by TammyKat Dezigns which you can find HERE
Font of Choice
Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position in the centre
Click inside both frames with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 6
Open Paper 4 and position in the frame
Open a close up of your tube and position in one of the frames
Mirror and position in the opposite frame
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None on both the tube and paper layers
Move all under the frame and change the blend mode of the tubes to Hard Light
Open Element 9 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position on the top left of the frame
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down - Duplicate - Image - Flip and position on the bottom
Merge these layers together
Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen
Position on the left side of the frame - Duplicate - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Move below the original
Merge these layers together - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down
Open Wordart 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Paste as a new layer - Using your selection tool - Draw around the bad word and cut
Paste as a new layer - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left and position on the left of the frame
On the Girl layer - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Right and position on the right of the frame
I colourised mine to match my tag
Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer
Resize ny 80 - Sharpen and position to the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down and send to the bottom
Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre and move above the previous layer
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre
Duplicate and hide for now - On the mask layer - Selections - Select all - Float - Defloat - Selections - Invert - Delete on the tube layer
Unhide the duplicate and making sure its at the top - Erase the bottom of the tube
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
