Filters Used:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Flourescent tubing - 6
Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 and position in the centre
Open Frame 1 - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position over the previous frame
Click inside the blue frame with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer
Open your tube and position
Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move both under the frame
Unhide the duplicate and erase the overhanging parts
Open WordArt and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen More
Position this at the bottom of the frames
Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above
Open Element 25 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 75 - Sharpen - Position on the top right below the wordart
Open Element 29 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right below the wordart
Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 -Sharpen and position on the top left of the frame
Duplicate - Position under the original and merge down
Duplicate and position on the bottom right of the frame - Merge these together
Open Element 3 - Resize by 50 and then by 70 - Sharpen and position on the flower on the bottom right
Open Element 12 - Resize by 60 and then by 80 - Sharpen more and position on the top left of the frame
Click on the purple frame - Open Element 9 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom part of the frame
Open Paper 5 from the add on kit and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
