I am using the PTU Scrapkit Queen Amy made to match the tube by Bibi's Collection which you can find HERE
Font of Choice
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 41 and paste as a new layer
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left
Click inside the frames with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 13 and paste as a new layer
Open your tube and position in the frame
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None on both the tube and paper layers
Move under the frame and change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L
Open your main tube as a new layer - Resize if necessary and position at the bottom
Open Element 71 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom
Open Element 84 and paste - Send to the bottom
Keeping on that layer - Open Element 117 and paste - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position
Click inside with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open your tube and paste - Position - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame layer - Change the blend mode of the tube to Multiply
Open Element 60 and paste - Resize by 70 - Position on the top of the filmstrip
Click on the filmstrip - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat - Duplicate the layer and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None - Unhide the layer and erase the corner

Open Element 53 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position on the left under your tube
Open Element 25 and paste - Resize by 90 - Sharpen
Position over the eye in the top tube - Move under the filmstrip frame layer
Open Element 2 - Resize by 80 - Paste on your canvas and send to the bottom
Open Element 55 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right of the frame
Use your deform tool to angle it so it fits - See my tag for placement
Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Move behind the tube to the left
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
