Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 84 and paste as a new layer
Position in the centre
Open your tube and position in the centre of the cityscape resizing if necessary
Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen - Position at the bottom of the tube - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Move under the original ribbon - Merge Down
Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tube
Open Element 69 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position bottom right of the tag
Open Element 88 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom
Open Element 70 - Paste as a new layer - Move to the left and send to the bottom
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down
Click on the cityscape layer
Open Element 48 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position to the right
Open Element 83 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tag
Open Element 65 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position under the rose layer
Click inside both the heart frames with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 7 and paste - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frames
Click on the paper layer and open Sparkle 4 - Paste and position - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down

Open Paper 13 and paste as a new layer
Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
