Xero - Radiance - 128 50 128 73

This is a very quick tutorial
Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 40 - Right and position in the centre
Open Rose and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the top right side of the frame
Open Heart Doodle and paste as a new layer
Using your deform tool - Angle it so its along side the left of the frame
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip - Merge Down when happy

Open the tube you are using and paste in the centre of the frame
Open Ribbon 1 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Send to the bottom - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip
Merge Down when happy
Open Jeweled Heart and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom left of the frame and angle it with your deform tool
Add Radiance to the tube at the settings above
Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer
Send to the bottom and apply a mask of Choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
