I am using the gorgeous art of Celine which you can find HERE I am using the PTU kit Love Always by Jenny which you can find HERE Font of Choice Open a new image 400x500 Open Black Frame 2 and paste as a new layer Resize by 40 and Sharpen More Place in the centre of your canvas Open the tube you are using - Resize if necessary Grab your magic wand and select inside the frame Modify by 3 and place your tube inside Duplicate and hide for now Press delete on your original tube layer Move under the frame Unhide your duplicated tube layer and send to the top Grab your eraser tool and erase any overhanging parts of the tube Open Diamond and resize by 80 - Sharpen Paste on your canvas and duplicate, place around the frame and repeat until the frame has filled Open Flourish 2 and paste on your Canvas Resize by 30 and then by 90 - Sharpen More Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip - Image Mirror and merge down Duplicate - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left Click inside the frame with your magic wand Modify by 3 and open paper 7 Paste as a new layer and delete - Place under the frame Effects - Texture Effects - Weave Gap Size 1 - Width 6 - Opacity 4 - Both colours White and check box Give a drop shadow to every layer Merge layers visible Add Correct Copyright and Licence Numbers Done!
