I am using the art of Carlos Diez which you can find HERE
I am using the gorgeous Angel on my Shoulder PTU kit by Wilma which you can find HERE
Font of Choice
Open new image 500x500
Open up Angelstringframe2 - paste on your canvas
Resize by 60
Get the magic wand n modify by 5
Copy n paste paper 8 - resize by 70
Selections - Invert - Delete
Move under the frame layer
Grab your tube and place in the frame
Resize if necessary
Open Angelbow1 - Resize by 50 n then by 70
Place at the bottom of the frame - Sharpen
Open Angelbow4 and resize by 50 n then 80 - Sharpen
Duplicate Twice n place on the right side of the frame
Give all a drop-shadow
Add correct copyright n licence numbers
Crop if necessary
Done!
