Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Teal

Xero - Fritillary - 5, 30, 10, 30

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 36 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position just above centre - duplicate - image - flip and merge down

Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Position in the top right corner - duplicate - image - mirror and flip - merge down

Open Element 9 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position toward the top

Open Element 93 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and position in the centre - Selections - invert - delete and select none on both the layers - move both under the frame and change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L - Apply Fritillary to the paper layer at the settings above

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 83 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 35 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the top right - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 92 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen - Place in the centre and apply Gradient glow at the settings above

 Open Element 78 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open the tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the left - Open Element 89 - Image - Rotate - free rotate - 90 Left and resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tube

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Glitter Doodle 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Position toward the bottom - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and flip - merge down

Open Glitter Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position on the top - duplicate - image - flip and merge down

Open Glitter Splat 3 and paste as a new layer - position on the right - Duplicate - Image - mirror and merge down when happy

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - click inside with your  magic wand - Selections - Modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 1 and paste - open your tube and position in the frame - when happy - selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame - Open Rose Cluster Frame and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and move to below the previous frame - click inside with your magic wand - selections - modify - expand by 5 - open Crystal Element and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 and position on the top of the frame - selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame

Open Sparkles 01 and paste as a new layer - resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the frame - duplicate - image - mirror - flip and position toward the top - merge together

Open My Valentine Wordart and paste as a new layer - resize by 90 - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Position to the bottom  left of the frame

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place on the right

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Star Shooting - PTU

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Position on the right

Open Element 3 and paste as a new layer - Place at the top - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Merge down - Duplicate - Rotate - 90 Left and Merge down

Open Element 25 and paste as a new layer - Position on the left

Open F2 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - resize by 70 and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open your tube and position - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame

Open Element 24 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top right

Open F1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the top left - Duplicate and position on the bottom right - Click inside both frames with your magic wand - selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open your tube and position any part you wish in the top and then any part you wish in the bottom - when happy - selections - invert - delete - select none on both and move under the frame - move the bottom right frame and tube underneath the heart frame layer - Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - sharpen and position on the bottom left - Open Element 17 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Position on the bottom right of the frame - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the far centre left - duplicate - resize by 80 and position under the original - merge down

Open Element 6 - Resize as before and position on the top right - duplicate - resize by 80 - sharpen and position to the right of the original - merge down

Open Wa1 and paste as a new layer - Using your selection tool - draw around the stars part of the wordart - edit cut and then select none - paste as a new layer and position under shoot for - merge these down and resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top right - Apply Gradient glow at the settings above - Unhide your duplicated tube and position on the top

Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 16 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 47 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and position on the left of the frame - Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place on the left - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 35 - Paste as a new layer and position on the bottom of the frame

Open Element 31 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left of the previous layer

Open Element 49 and paste as a new layer - Position on the left of the frame

Open Element 14 - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top left 

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - resize if needed and position on the right

Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
