Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer - Open Flame and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the bottom - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position to the right - Duplicate twice and hide both for now - Selections - Invert - Delete on the paper, flame and original tube and move under the frame - Unhide one of the duplicates and making sure its at the top - erase the overhanging parts - Click on the frame layer - Open Frame 1 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 70 and place over the frame - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Unhide the third duplicated tube and press selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Erase some of the legs that stick out from the frame
Open Pot of Gold and paste as a new layer - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open Leprechaun and paste as a new layer - resize by 40 - Mirror and place on the bottom right - Click on the darker circle frame and open Ribbon - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom - Open Wire - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and send to above Raster 1
Click on the leaf frame and open Sparkles as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position toward the top - Duplicate and move to the bottom - Duplicate again and move to the top and position toward the bottom of the tag
Click on the circle frame - Open Clover and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left of the frame
Open Splatter - Paste as a new layer - Position above the wire layer and move to the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down
Click on the paper layer - Open Shamrock Trail and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and position toward the top - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Merge down
Click on the pot of gold layer - open Lucky 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position above right of the pot of gold - move under the pot
Open Bow 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Move to above the clover frame layer - Open Cupcake and paste as a new layer - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and position behind the leprachaun layer
Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
