Gradient Glow - Fat - Double White

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Mirror and position on the far bottom left - Duplicate - Mirror and position on the left of the original - Merge down - Open Element 24 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far right - Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place in front of the previous layer - Open Element 29 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top of the tag - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Position her so it looks as if the necklace are her wings - Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - resize by 45 -  Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tube - Duplicate twice and positon on the left of each other - Merge all down and delete any of the tube that sticks out underneath this layer - Open Wordart - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position to the right - Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position to the far right - Duplicate - Mirror and Merge down - Open Element 46 - Resize as before and position on the far right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 37 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 26 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Open Element 20 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the far middle left of the frame - Open Element 47 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Resize as you wish - Open Element 45 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge down - I colorised mine to match my tube - I also erased the tube that stuck out under this layer

Open Paper 13 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen  Place in the centre so the clock is in the middle of the frame - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Frame 4 - Resize as before and place in the centre of the canvas - Open Frame 1 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place over the previous frame - Open Element 16 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Rotate 90 left - Position on the left of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge down - Open Element 1 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag - Open Element 19 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the centre of the right side of the frame - Open Element 44 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Open Element 16 again - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down

Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

I am using the PTU Scrapkit Over the Rainbow by SkyScraps which you can find HERE or HERE
Font of Choice

Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 31 and paste as a new layer
Paste on your canvas and resize by 90 - Sharpen
Open your tube and paste as a new layer
Position on the left of the frame
Open Element 12 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 65 and then by 80 - Sharpen More
Position and angle on the top of the frame
Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position on the right of the tag and move under the tube layer
Click inside both of the frames with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame layer
Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Position in the middle of the tree
Open Element 50 and paste as a new layer
Position on the top left and resize by 80 - Move under the tube - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip
Merge these together when happy
Open Element 37 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position in the middle of the top frame
Open Element 40 - Image - Mirror - Image - Resize by 60 - Sharpen
Position below the tube on the bottom right of the frame
Click on the frame layer - Open Element 35 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position in the centre
Open Element 60 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom
Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Position below the rabbit layer - See my tag for placement ideas

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
