Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Dark Red

Open a new image 600x600

Open Tree 2 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen - Mirror and place to the left of the canvas - Duplicate and hide for now - Open Frame 2- Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Gold Cord 2 - Mirror - Resize by 47 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the frame - Open Flower 5 - Mirror - Resize by 38 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame - Duplicate and hide for now - Open WA 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place to the top right - Apply  Gradient Glow at the settings above - Open Flutterbys and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place to the left - Open Lanterns and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag - Unhide the duplicated flowers and Mirror - Move to the top and place to the bottom right - Unhide the duplicated tree - Move to the top and mirror - place to the right - Open Butterfly 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 20 - Sharpen and place to the top right - Under the wordart - Duplicate and resize by 90 - Angle it slightly to the right - Sharpen - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Apply Radiance at the settings above - Open Coleus 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Duplicate twice and move both to the left of each other - merge down when happy - Open Light Effect and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place over the previous layer 

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Open Element 31 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - place above the original and move back under the original - merge down - Open Frame 3 - Mirror - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place to the right - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and position in the frame - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Lighten - Open Element 15 - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place along the top of the frame - Open Element 9 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 8  - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place in front of the anchor - Open Element 13 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place above the stop watch - Open Element 4 - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Open Element 21 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 6 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Open Element 17 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right of the barrels - Open Element 7 - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open your tube and place her so she is sitting on the chest

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
