Open a new image 600x600

Open the Ship and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the canvas - Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre of the canvas - Click inside the right frame with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and position in the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - select none and move both under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L - Open School and position toward the left of the canvas - Open Jellyfish - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right frame - Open Swimmer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the top centre - Open Fence - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tag - Open Coral and resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left of the tag - Duplicate and place on the bottom centre - Duplicate again and hide for now - merge the visible coral layers down - Open your tube and place to the left - Unhide the duplicated coral layer and move to the top - Place on the bottom right of the tag - Open Lantern - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far right - Open Sea Globe - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left of the tag - Open half shell and resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the left of the lantern - Open Waves 1 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tag - Duplicate and move underneath - merge down - Open Beads 2 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place along the bottom left - Duplicate - mirror and merge down - Open Crab - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre of your canvas - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - Expand by 25 - Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Keeping on the paper layer - Open Element 9 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Back to the top Layer!

Open Element 15 - Paste as a new layer and resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the right of the star frame - Move it so it reaches the top of the frame - See my tag for placement - Open Element 17 and resize by 55 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the previous layer - Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place between the mascara brush and its pot - Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in front of the previous layer - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge down

Open Element 10 and position along the bottom - Move under the cake on the right - Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the left of the cake on the bottom right - Duplicate - resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the left of the original - Move down slightly - merge down and erase any of the stick that sticks out too far below the tag - Open your tube and place in the centre of the tag - Open Element 4 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Open the wordart - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 left - position along the side of the tube - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
