I am using the art of Ismael Rac which you can find HERE I am using the PTU kit Blast from the Past by Stacey which you can find HERE Mask of Choice Font of Choice Open a new image - 450x450 Open Groovy Frame and paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 60 and Sharpen Place in the centre of your canvas Grab your magic wand and click inside all 4 frames Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 Open paper 1 and paste on your canvas Selections - Invert - Delete Move this under your frame layer Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds Width 4 - Opacity 20 - Colour White - Both boxes ticked Press OK Click inside the first frame with your magic wand Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 Open your 1st image and place inside the frame Resize if necessary Selections - Invert - Delete Move under the frame Repeat with the other 3 frames Open Peace WordArt Paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 70 - Sharpen Place above the frames Open paper 4 and paste on your canvas Send to the bottom and add a mask of choice Merge Group Add a drop shadow to the layers Resize if necessary Add Correct Copyright and Licence Numbers Merge Layers Together Done!!
