Link is HERE I am using the PTU kit When you really love some 1 by BlackWidowCreationz which you can find HERE Mask of Choice Font of Choice Open a new image 400x400 Open Frame3 and Paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 55 and Sharpen Place in the centre of your canvas Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame Selections - Modify - Expand by 3 Open Paper2 and paste on your canvas Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None Move under the frame Click inside the frame again - Modify by 3 Open the tube you are using and place in the frame Resize if needed Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None Move under the frame Paste your tube again and resize if the original was Place at the top of the frame Place exactly over the original and erase any overhanging parts Open Paper11 and paste on your canvas Send to the bottom and add a mask of choice - Merge Group Open Back1 and paste on your canvas Resize by 80 and Sharpen I colorized mine Hue 255 - Saturation 169 Place above the mask Open BowSkull2 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 30 and Sharpen More Place on one corner of the star frame Duplicate 3 times n place on the other visible star edges Merge these bows together Open LoveArt1 and Paste on your Canvas Image - Resize by 30 and sharpen More Place on the top right of the canvas Open Heartbroken2 and Paste on your Canvas Image - Resize by 30 and sharpen More Place on the top left of the canvas Open Heartwinged1 and Paste on your Canvas Image - Resize by 20 and sharpen More Place between the star edges on the left hand side Duplicate twice more and place on the other gaps Merge these together Give everything a drop shadow Merge layers visible Add Correct Copyright and Licence Numbers Done!
