I am using the PTU Kit called Midnight Dreams by Rachel which you can find HERE
Font of Choice

Open a new image 500x500
Copy n Paste moon1 and Resize by 80
Place in the centre of the canvas
I colorized mine, but its up to you!
Open Tagframe5 and paste onto your canvas
Resize by 50 and sharpen
Move to the bottom of the canvas
Click inside both frames and modify by 4
Copy n paste paper1 onto your canvas
Selections - Invert and Delete
Move under your frame layer
Open up moon2 and resize by 20
Place this inside one of the frames
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Open flower5 and resize by 10
Place this on one of the moons
Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Open up ribbon2 and free rotate it by 90
Resize by 70
Place in the middle of the frames
Grab your tube and place above the frames
Drop shadow it

Drop shadow everything
Crop if necessary
Add all correct copyright n licence numbers
Merge Visible
Done!!
