I am using the art of Jose A Cano which you can find HERE Please do NOT use this image unless you have the proper licence to do so, you can obtain a licence HERE I am using the PTU Kit called I have a Dream which you can find HERE Masks of Choice Font of choice Open new image 500x500 Open triple frame and Paste onto your canvas Resize by 80 Place your tube in the centre of the frames I placed my tube under the frame and deleted the overhanging bits Grab your magic wand and click inside the frames Selections - Modify and Expand by 4 Copy n paste paper14 and selections - Invert - Delete Move this underneath your frame Open up 3 more images or even the same part of your tube and click on to the frames again Modify by 4 and copy n paste your first image into the frame Selections - Invert and Delete Repeat to fill the other 2 circles Merge these layers visible (frame, paper n images) Give it a drop shadow and resize again by 90 Copy n Paste paper 8 onto your canvas Add a mask of choice n merge group Copy n Paste paper1 as a new layer Add another mask, i used a star one and merge this group together I resized it by 80 Open doodle5 and paste under your masks on your canvas Resize by 80 and use your deform tool to move it at an angle Layers - Duplicate and Mirror Open wings 2 and resize by 40 Place behind your tube Give everything a Drop Shadow Merge all layers visible Add all correct copyright n licence numbers Crop if necessary Done!!
