Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 28 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre 

Open Element 40 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen  - Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and resize by 80 

Open Element 33 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 7 - Position - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 10 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 11 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Element 8 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Place on the far right

Open Element 19 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Open Element 12 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate and position next to the original - merge down when happy

Open Element 26 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 30 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 40 - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom centre

Open Element 17 - Resize as before - Place on the left of the bomb

Open your tube and position her to the right

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
