This is tut 2 of 3 using the bundle

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 58 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Image - Flip and move to the top of the canvas

Open Frame 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete and select none

Open Element 31 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 14 - Paste as a new layer and position on the right - Move the 2 previous layers above the column layer

Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip - merge down

Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - Place on the top centre 

Open your tube and resize if needed - Position her on the right of the tag

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
