Happy Cheers - PTU

I am using the art of Jose Cano which you can find HERE
I am using the PTU Scrapit Cheers by Skyscraps made to match the tube and you can find it HERE
Font of Choice

Filters Used:
Xero - Radiance - 128, 50, 128, 182

Open a new image 550x550
Open E43 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 65 and Sharpen - Position in the centre
Open the tube and resize by 50 - Sharpen and position in the centre of the frame
Using the selection tool - Point to Point
Draw around the overhanging part of the bottom of the tube and delete
Apply Radiance at the settings above
Open Element 39 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position at the bottom of the canvas
Open Element 40 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 and then by 90 - Position on top of the previous layer
Click inside all the frame parts with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 4 - Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None - Move under the frame
Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer
Move to above the paper layer and position
Open Element 21 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 and Sharpen
Position on the top right hand side of the frame - Duplicate and position on the top left side of the frame - Merge these layers together
Open Element 51 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen
Position at the bottom of the frame
Click on the pink spotty layer - Open Element 3 and paste as a new layer
Click on the pink spotty layer again - Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 and Sharpen
Position on the bottom right of the tag - Duplicate and position on the left middle - See my tag for placement - Merge these 2 layers together

Apply drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and your licence numbers - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
