I am using the PTU art of PinUpToons which you can find HERE
I am using the PTU Scrapkit that was made by Ladyhawwk to match the tubes and you can find that HERE
This Scrapkit can ONLY be used with the art of PUT
Mask of Choice
Font of Choice
Filters Used:
Xero Fuzzifier - 10, 128, 64
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Alien Skin Xenofex - Constellation - Default - Check the keep original image
Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre of your canvas
Click inside the frame with your magic wand
Modify by 5 and Open Paper 13 as a new layer
Position - Open a close up of your tube and position in the frame
When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete on both the paper and tube layer
Click on the paper layer
Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Width 5 - Opacity 20 - Colour - White and both boxes checked
On the tube layer - Apply Fuzzifier at the settings above and Change blend mode to Hard Light
Open Element 57 and paste as a new layer
Position on the left of the frame
Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down when happy
Open Element 30 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the top left of the frame
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip - Merge down when happy
Open your tube as a new layer and position on the right of the frame
Erase some of the leaves that are over the tube

Open Element 54 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 90 - Sharpen and send to the bottom
Click on the frame layer and open Element 55
Paste on the frame
Open Wordart and paste as a new layer
Colorise to a colour that matches your tag
Resize by 80 and Sharpen - Send to the bottom
Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer
Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Selections - Select all - Float - Defloat
Apply Constellation at the settings above - Select None - Merge the mask group together
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
