I am using the art of Jussta which you can find HERE Please do NOT use this image unless you have a proper licence to do so I am using the PTU kit The Waves of the Sea by WIlma which you can find HERE Font of Choice Mask of Choice Open a new image 400x500 Open Frame 2 and paste on your Canvas Rotate by 90 Left and position in the centre Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorise Hue 169 - Saturation 255 Click inside the frame with your magic wand Modify by 3 Open Paper 17 and paste on your canvas Selections - Invert - Delete on your paper layer - Select None Send under the frame layer Click inside the frame again and modify by 3 Open the tube you are using and resize if necessary Position - duplicate and hide for now Press delete on the original tube layer Move under the frame Un-Hide the duplicate layer and grab your eraser tool Erase the bottom half of the tube Open Waves and paste on your canvas Colorise using the same settings as before Resize by 30 and Sharpen More Place at the bottom of the frame Grab your eraser tool and soften the edges by erasing some randomly Open Bird and paste on your canvas Resize by 30 and Sharpen More Place on the bottom left of the frame Open Boat and resize by 40 - Sharpen More Place in the middle of the waves Open Lifesaver and paste on your canvas Resize by 40 and Sharpen More Place in the centre of the right side of the frame Make sure its under the tube layers Open Bow and paste on your canvas Resize by 30 and Sharpen More Place on the top left of the frame making sure its under the tube layers Open Paper 14 and paste on your canvas Send to the bottom and add a mask of choice Merge group and place at the top Duplicate and place under the original Merge these groups together Send to the bottom Add drop shadows to every layer Merge layers visible Add Correct Copyright and Licence Numbers Done!
