I am using the art of Ismael Rac which you can find HERE I am using the PTU kit Step Into Spring by Laura which you can find HERE Mask of Choice Font of Choice Open a new image 400x400 Open Element 24 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 40 and Sharpen Place at the bottom of your Canvas Open Element 4 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 50 and Sharpen More Place in the centre of your fence Now grab your eraser tool and erase the fence parts inside Element 4 Open Element 30 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 30 and Sharpen More Place this in the middle of Element 4 and move below that layer Open Element 48 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 20 and Sharpen More Place on the right side of the fence Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror Position on the left side of the frame Open Element 51 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 20 and Sharpen More Place on the right side of the canvas covouring the stalks of the flowers Open Element 42 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 20 and then by 90 - Sharpen More Place this on the left side of the canvas covouring the stalks of the flowers Open Element 33 and Paste on your Canvas Image - Mirror Resize by 35 and Sharpen More Send to the bottom and Position to the left of the canvas Open Element 29 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 20 and then by 60 - Sharpen More Place at the top right of Element 4 Open Element 107 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 20 and Sharpen More Send to the bottom and position at the top left of your Canvas Open Element 110 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 30 and Sharpen Send to the bottom and place to the right of the clouds Open Paper 5 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 50 and place at the bottom Using your deform tool - stretch it so it fits the canvas Add a mask of Choice and Merge group Add your tube of choice - resizing if necessary Add a Drop Shadow to every layer Merge layers visible Add Correct Copyright and Licence Numbers Done!
