I am using the Exclusive Commission tube by FourXsDesigns, this tube is not for sale but you can find her other tubes HERE I am using the Exclusive scrapkit by EFF Designs aka Bossy called Sweet Gangsta, this is also not for sale but you can find her other Scrapkits HERE Mask of Choice Font of Choice Open a new image 700x700 Open Frame as a new layer and copy and paste on your canvas Resize by 80 and Sharpen Position slightly off centre to the top Grab your magic wand and click inside your frame Selections - Modify - Expand by 4 Open Red Pink Texture Paper onto your canvas Position in the frame - Open a close up of your tube and paste in the frame Open the City and paste as a new layer Position where you like in the frame Open Sparkle and paste on your canvas Position on the left of the frame When happy with positioning - Selections - Invert - Press delete on all the layers Move the layers under the frame and change the blend mode of the close up tube to Darken Open the Wheels as a new layer Position on the bottom of your tag Open Aces and paste as a new layer Resize by 60 and Sharpen Position under the car - See my tag for placement Open Wordart and paste as a new layer Resize by 70 and Sharpen - I colourised mine to match my tag Position at the top of the frame Open your tube as a new layer Position to the right of the tag - Resizing if necessary Open Red Grunge Paper as a new layer Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible Add your correct copyright and licence information Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
