Filters Used:
Xero - Radiance - 106, 121, 109, 103

Open a new image 600x600
Open Glitter Mask Red and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and position in the centre
Open Glitter Mask Blue - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre of the previous layer
Open USA and paste as a new layer - Position just below the top
Click on the blue glitter layer
Open Star Spiral and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen
Open your tube as a new layer and paste as a new layer - Place at the bottom
Open Patriotic Doggy and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40
 Sharpen and position on the far right by the tubes legs
Open Lollipop - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - position next to the dog and move under the tube
Open Stars and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Send to the bottom right
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip - Merge Down
Open Bow and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 and Sharpen
Place on the right of the tube - Duplicate and position on the right - Merge Down

Open Firework - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Place on the top left and send to the bottom
Open Firework 2 and paste as a new layer - Repeat the above steps and paste on the right
Apply Radiance to the tube at the settings above
Using a font of choice - Write out the words Happy July 4th or any wording of your choice
Apply Gradient Glow - Settings - Fat - Blue and Red (if your wording is in white)

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - DoneQa

Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position towards the top
Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Open a close up of your tube
Paste in the frame and when happy with positioning - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move both the paper and tube layer under the frame
Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L
Open Element 41 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the top right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip - Merge Down
Send to the bottom
Open Element 30 - Paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and position behind the frame
Click on the close up tube layer - Open Element 2 - Paste as a new layer
Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tube
Open Element 39 - Paste as a new layer and Image - Flip - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Send to the bottom
Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the top right of the window
Layers - Duplicate and position on the bottom right - Merge Down
Open your main tube and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror and resize if necessary - I resized mine by 65 and Sharpened
Position her at the bottom of the tag
Open Element 35 and paste as a new layer - Position underneath the tube to the right
Duplicate and send to the top - Using your eraser tool - Erase parts of the wordart layer
Open Element 33 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Place on the top left
Open Element 20 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Place next to the wordart
Click on the window layer - Open Element 14 - Image - Flip - Resize by 60 - Sharpen
Place on the top right of the window frame
Open Element 10 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Send to the right of the tag - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge down and send to the bottom
Open Element 36 - Paste and position at the top - Duplicate twice more and position under each other - Merge down and send to below the paper in the frame

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open a new image 600x600
Open f4 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre
Click inside with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open P6 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move under the frame
Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer
Position at the top - Move under the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip - Merge Down
Open Element 17 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and move under the frame
Place at the bottom and erase the overhanging parts
Click inside the frame with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open a close up tube and paste as a new layer to the right
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the previous layer
Change the blend mode to Luminance
Open your main tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the left of the tag
Open wa1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen - Place at the bottom and under the tube
Click on the frame layer - Open Element 70 and place at the top right
Staying on the frame layer - Open Element 38 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 20 - Sharpen More and position on the left side of the frame - Duplicate and move below the original
Merge Down - Duplicate and position on the bottom right of the frame - Merge Down
Apply Radiance to your tube at the settings above

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Sae again - Done

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down
Open Element 80 - Resize by 80 and position on the far left above the chest
Open Element 45 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position above the previous sand layer
Open Element 83 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position at the top right
Apply Radiance at the above settings to the dog and tube layer

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre
Click inside all 3 frames with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer
Open your tube and position in the frames on the left
Duplicate and hide for now
Copy and Paste a close up of your tube in the frame on the right
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None on all 3 layers - Move under the frame
Unhide your duplicated tube and place at the top - Erase the bottom part of the legs
Change the blend mode of the close up tube to Luminance L
Apply Radiance to both the main tube layers at the settings above
Open Tule - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position toward the top
Open Swirl 1 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and send to the bottom - Position at the bottom
Open Scatter 1 and send to the bottom
Open Moon 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and position to the top right
Open Flower 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 20 - Sharpen and position on the right corner of the frame
Duplicate and position around the frame - Merge all when happy
Open Feather 3 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the tag

Open Paper 13 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of Choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
