Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 51 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom of the previous layer - Duplicate - Flip and position toward the top - Merge down - Open Element 28 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the tag - Open Element 37 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the left - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge Down - Open Element 20 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Open Element 47 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and duplicate 3 times - Position the first on the bottom of the sword and place the others at an angle like  my tag - merge all 4 together when happy with positioning - Open Element 14 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right on the last flower - Open your tube and place in the centre

Open Paper 15 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 7 - Resize by 70 and place on the bottom right - Open Wordart 1a and resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag

Click on Raster 1 - Layers - New Raster Layer - Floodfill this with a colour from your tag - Apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
