Filters Used:

Xero - Fritillary - 5, 30, 10, 9

Xero - Radiance - 128, 50, 128, 70

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 43 and paste as a new layer

Image - Flip - Image - Mirror and position on the bottom of the canvas

Open Element 29 and paste as a new layer

I colorised mine to match my tube

Hue - 134 - Sat - 92

Position in the centre of the canvas

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the frame

Open Element 48 and paste as a new layer

Position on the right of the frame

Open Element 59 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen

Position over the layers

Open Element 57 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position just above the bottom left of the frame

Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer

Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the previous layer

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Position her in the centre and apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Apply Fritillary at the settings above

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Filters Used:
Xero - Porcelain - Default - Set Blue to 0

Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and Sharpen - Position in the centre
Click inside all parts of the frame with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Position and when happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move under the frame layer
Open Wave and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Send to the bottom and move under the frame
Open Boat - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the right of the frame and move under on top of the wave layer
Open Netting - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top left corner of the frame
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down when happy
Open Sign - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - See my tag for the placement
Open Seagull - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the tag
Open Indian Grass and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down when happy
Open your tube as a new layer - Position in the centre of the tag
Open Pelican and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left
Click on the paper layer - Open Glitter Spray - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the left
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down when happy

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
