Open Birds and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place along the top of the tag - Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Branch - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the right of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 and open Paper 7 - Position in the frame - Open your tube and place in the frame - When happy - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - Click on the paper layer and Open the Arch - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Back to the top - Open Candelabra and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Open Beads - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Unhide your duplicated tube and move to the top - Erase some of the tube that sticks out under the frame and change the hue and sat to 0

 Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Wordart - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Unhide your duplicated tube and position at the top of the layers - Erase any that you wish

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
