Open a new image 600x600

Open Deco and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Fan and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Open Frame 3 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Vine - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Duplicate - Mirror - Duplicate and place in the centre and hide for now - and merge down the unhidden vine layers - Open Hydrangea and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Bloom and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the frame - Duplicate and place on the left of the original - Open Doodle 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Pedastal and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right of the flowers on the bottom of the frame - Open Column and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in front of the previous layer - Unhide the Vine Element and move to the top - Open Feather - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Open your tube and place her to the right - Open Doodle 2 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tag - Open Cherub - Mirror - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Kitty - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tube - Open WordArt - resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tube - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 13 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 14 - Place on the left - Duplicate - Flip - Mirror and position on the right - Merge Down - Open Element 23 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the right - Open Element 6 - Mirror - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the heart of the previous layer

Open Element 1 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Open Element 11 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open your tube and place her in the centre - Open Wordart - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom of the tube - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done

Open Element 28 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right of the canvas - Duplicate - Image - mirror and merge down - Open Element 1- Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside all the frames with your magic wand - Selections - modify - Expand by 5 and open paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position toward the top - Open Element 27 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 14 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right - Open Element 9 - Repeat the above steps and place in the centre of the previous layer

Open Element 4 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom centre - Open Element 7 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the window frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 23 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the right centre - Open Element 25 and position on the bottom right

Open Element 16 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down - Open Element 3- Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 5 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right centre - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and place on the top left - Open Element 19 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position on the bottom left - merge down

Open your tube and position her to the left of the tag - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Element 2 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tube

Open Paper 2 Paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Open Element 10 - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left and position on the top of the frame

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 and position along the bottom

Open Element 18 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position to the left

Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip and merge down

Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position toward the top - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open your tube and position on the frame 

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position slightly to the left

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
