Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer - resize by 90 - Sharpen and position on the centre far right of the canvas

Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position at the top

Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position and when happy - Selections - invert - delete - select none and move both under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L

Open Element 16 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 47 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and position on the left of the frame - Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Place on the left - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down

Open Element 35 - Paste as a new layer and position on the bottom of the frame

Open Element 31 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left of the previous layer

Open Element 49 and paste as a new layer - Position on the left of the frame

Open Element 14 - resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top left 

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - resize if needed and position on the right

Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open a new image 600x600

Open Wordart 2 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Position in the centre

Opens Dress Form and Luggage and paste as a new layer

Position on the right of the tag

Open Glitter 1 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 70 - Sharpen and send to the bottom

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen

Position above the Wordart Layer

Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer

Open your close up tube and paste in the frame

When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move both under the frame

Change the blend mode of the close up to Luminance

Open your main tube and paste as a new layer

Position to the left of the tag

Open Circles 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Send to above the wordart layer

Open Butterflies 2 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Positon on the top circle of the Circles 1 layer

Open Vases - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left below the Dress Form and Luggage Layer

Open Hearts and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the left under the vases

Open Clutch - Resize by 20 - Sharpen More and position on the left of the tube

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
